Ohio Revised Code 3113.32 requires all county sheriffs and police departments in Ohio cities, townships, and villages to submit monthly statistics on domestic violence cases to BCI. The data presented in these reports includes data reported to BCI by Ohio Law Enforcement agencies. Law enforcement agencies that did not submit monthly statistics are designated as such on the reports.
