Father, Son Arrested on Federal Human Trafficking Charges

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio Carter M. Stewart joined members of the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force, including Columbus Police Chief Kim Jacobs, Ohio State Highway Patrol Colonel Paul Pride, and U.S. Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Marlon V. Miller, in announcing the arrests of a father and son on federal human trafficking charges.

More than $1.5 Million Seized in Connection with Illegal Gambling Investigation

Two Defendants to Serve Prison Time in Mansfield Tyger All Sports Booster Case

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today that two defendants who pleaded guilty to charges accusing them of improperly spending scholarship funds meant for Mansfield Senior High School student athletes have been ordered to serve a year in prison.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today issued concealed carry license statistics for the first quarter of 2014, which reveal that more than 32,000 concealed carry licenses were issued in Ohio between January 1, 2014 - March 31, 2014.

Attorney General DeWine Forces Change-My-Address.com and Change-of-Address.us to Stop Deceptive Business Practices and Refund Consumers in Ohio and Nationwide

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced a settlement today with Change-My-Address.com, Change-of-Address.us, parent company Form Giant LLC, and its President, Matthew Riley.  Consumers nationwide, and as many as 16,000 in Ohio, are entitled to refunds from the Cincinnati internet-based business that offers change of address services.  A $3 million dollar national refund pool has been established.
