Florida Man Sentenced to Prison for Stealing Rogaine, Merchandise from Ohio Stores

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Warren County Prosecutor David P. Fornshell today announced that a Florida man has repaid $22,000 and has been sentenced to two years in prison for stealing Rogaine and other merchandise from dozens of stores in southwest Ohio and northeast Ohio.

Attorney General DeWine Releases 2016 Economic Development Compliance Report

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today released his 2016 Report to the General Assembly on Compliance with State Awards for Economic Development. The report, which is required to be submitted by the Attorney General to the General Assembly pursuant to statute, analyzes whether companies and organizations who were awarded certain economic development incentives complied with the requirements of those state awards. Today's report reviewed recipients which had performance periods ending in calendar year 2015.
