Kyle Presjak traveled some 1,400 miles for a fresh start. Presjak, 21, was among 135 people who turned themselves in during Fugitive Safe Surrender events in Trumbull and Columbiana counties in July. He traveled from Texas to resolve a warrant for failing to appear in court on speeding and driving without a license charges.
