Marion County Man Charged After BCI Raid

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today that a Marion County man is facing several charges after Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) agents raided a home in Claridon Township last month.

Attorney General DeWine Sues Cincinnati-Area Home Improvement Contractor for Consumer Law Violations

(CINCINNATI, Ohio) – Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced a lawsuit against William Adair III, doing business as Superior Construction, for multiple violations of the Consumer Sales Practices Act and the Home Solicitation Sales Act.

Superior Construction is a home improvement business. Its principal place of business is 14 Apple Lane, Milford, Ohio.

Attorney General DeWine Announces Formation of Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force

Members of the task force began investigating the Chillicothe residents when a woman reported to authorities that the suspects brought her to Columbus under false pretenses and forced her to have sex with more than a dozen men over a period of several days.
