On 10/19/1974, the skeletal remains of a white male were found under the Brooklyn Bridge at West 25th Street and Bradwell in Cleveland, Ohio. The victim is estimated to be 35-45 years old. He was wearing a blue and orange checked flannel shirt, work pants, possible button-down work-shirt , another flannel type shirt orange with either blue or black and one rubber overshoe. The victim had a brown leather wallet with a tooled design in beige and red.
