Construction Contracts and Checklists

What forms should I use?

  • All construction contracts and Architect/Engineer forms should be obtained from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission website, https://ofcc.ohio.gov/project-resources/documents/current-agreements/current-agreements
  • Two-year colleges should use the “local college project” forms and the two-year supplementary instructions and supplementary conditions from the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission website.
  • Public universities should use the “local university project” forms.
  • If a state client wishes to modify the forms that are published by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, they must file Supplementary Instructions and/or Supplementary Conditions with the modifications. All requests for filing Supplementary Instructions and/or Supplementary Conditions should be sent to the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission.

Where should I send the checklists and forms?

All contracts should be sent to the Business Counsel Unit.
