Rosemary joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2001.  She directed the Title Defect Recision Unit from 2014-2021.  The Title Defect Recision Unit administers the Title Defect Recision Fund, a fund created to assist consumers who purchase used vehicles from licensed used car dealers but do not receive titles to the vehicles within the time required by statute.  Rosemary’s time is now spent pursuing enforcement actions against suppliers who violate Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act and other consumer related acts and statutes. Rosemary has extensive litigation experience.  Before joining the Attorney General’s Office, she was an Assistant Prosecutor in Delaware County for nearly 10 years, prosecuting a wide variety of criminal and civil cases.  She began her legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Wood County.
