Drew joined Consumer Protection in May of 2024, where he serves as a Senior Assistant Attorney General. He handles various types of enforcement cases involving Ohio’s consumer protection laws. Drew began his career at the Attorney General’s Office in 2009 as an Assistant Attorney General in the Healthcare Fraud Section where he criminally prosecuted workers’ compensation fraud cases against health care providers and claimants. Drew would later join the Workers’ Compensation Section where he litigated cases on behalf of Administrator of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
Prior to joining our office Drew was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Cuyahoga County and a criminal defense attorney.
