Former Cuyahoga County Jail Director Sentenced

Kenneth Mills, the former director of the Cuyahoga County Regional Jail, was sentenced to 9 months in jail, the maximum possible for his mismanagement of the facility, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced today.
