Former Columbus Zoo Marketing Director Pleads Guilty in Fraud Case

With a trial date looming, the former marketing director for the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium pleaded guilty today to 16 felony counts and one misdemeanor, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced today.

Yost Secures $27.7 Million for Ohio as Part of Multistate Settlement with Johnson & Johnson over Talc Products

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and 42 other attorneys general secured a $700 million settlement with Johnson & Johnson over allegations related to marketing of the company’s baby powder and body powder products containing talc. Ohio will receive $27.7 million as part of the settlement.
