Ohioans Dispose of 14 Tons of Pills During National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) today thanked Ohioans for properly disposing of an estimated 14 tons (28,263 pounds) of unneeded, unwanted, or expired prescription drugs during last Saturday's National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day.

Ohio Joins $41.2 Million Multistate Settlement with Hyundai, Kia over Fuel Economy Claims

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today that Ohio will receive more than $1.47 million as part of a $41.2 million multistate settlement with Hyundai and Kia to resolve claims that the automakers misrepresented the mileage and fuel economy ratings for some of their model year 2011, 2012, and 2013 vehicles.
