Attorney General DeWine Announces New Consumer Claim Deadline for $35 Million Provigil Settlement Funds

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that consumers now have until June 25 to seek a portion of a $35 million multistate settlement fund for consumers who paid for the wakefulness drug Provigil or its generic counterpart modafinil from June 24, 2006 to March 31, 2012.

Home Health Aide Accused of Identity Theft, Stealing from Elderly Client

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Ross County Prosecutor Matthew S. Schmidt today announced that a Chillicothe woman is facing charges of identity theft and theft from the elderly for allegedly stealing from an elderly woman while serving as the woman’s home health aide.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that an update of his office's Concealed Carry Laws Manual has been released reflecting recent changes enacted by Senate Bill 199. The updated manual is currently available online, and printed copies of the guide will be available from county sheriffs.
