Attorney General DeWine Announces Raid of Suspected "Pill Mill"

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today that authorities with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Attorney General's Health Care Fraud Section and Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General served a federal search warrant on a suspected 'pill mill' in Dayton.

Attorney General DeWine Announces Arrest of Indicted Craigslist Scammer

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Morrow County Prosecutor Charles Howland announced today the indictment and arrest of alleged Craigslist scammer Nicholis Corey Garner. The indictment alleges that Garner is a member of a larger group that has used postings of cars, trucks, and all-terrain vehicles for sale on Craigslist to steal tens of thousands of dollars from victims across the country.

More than Nine Tons of Prescription Pills Collected in Ohio

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that Ohioans returned more than 9 tons (18,721 pounds) of unneeded prescription drugs on Saturday, during the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) fifth national Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
