Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today that DNA testing has been conducted on all of the nearly 5,000 sexual assault kits submitted by law enforcement in Cuyahoga County as part of Attorney General DeWine's Sexual Assault Kit (SAK) Testing Initiative.

Attorney General DeWine Announces Multistate Agreement with Adobe to Protect Consumer Information

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced a multistate settlement with the software company Adobe Systems Inc. to resolve an investigation into the 2013 data breach of certain Adobe servers, which contained personal information of nearly 53,000 Ohio residents.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Pickaway County Sheriff Robert Radcliff announced today that the former director of the Pickaway County Veterans' Service Commission has been sentenced to prison following her conviction on a number of charges, including theft in office.
