The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments today on a request led by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and 26 other attorneys general for an immediate stay of the federal COVID-19 vaccination mandate issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has signed onto a federal lawsuit filed in Louisiana challenging the legality of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to mandate vaccines for healthcare workers.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and 23 other attorneys general sent a letter to President Biden today, warning that litigation will follow the implementation of the proposed mandate on private sector employees to either get a COVID-19 shot, submit to weekly testing, or be fired.
