Attorney General DeWine, Pike County Sheriff Reader Seek Video Relevant to Murder Investigation

5/10/2016

(WAVERLY, Ohio)—Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader announced today that they are seeking any video from nearby residents or businesses in the Pike County and Adams County region that may be relevant to the ongoing investigation into the mass murders that occurred last month.

Specifically, those with video recorded on April 21 or April 22 are asked to call the BCI tip line at 1-855-BCI-OHIO (224-6446) or the Pike County Sheriff's Office at 740-947-2111.

Attorney General DeWine and Sheriff Reader also reemphasized their request that informational tips from the public continue to be called in to the tip lines.  Space on two billboards has been donated to publicize the numbers.  The billboards are both located on U.S. Route 23 as you enter and exit Waverly.

Investigators have received more than 500 tips so far, but they still urge anyone with information to contact them.  Callers can remain anonymous.
