Attorney General DeWine Appeals Stay of Lorraine Execution to U.S. Supreme Court

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today appealed the stay of the execution of convicted murderer Charles Lorraine to the United States Supreme Court.

DeWine filed an application to vacate the stay of execution that Lorraine was granted by a Federal Court on January 11th. Lorraine was sentenced to death in 1986 for the brutal killings of Doris and Raymond Montgomery in their Warren, Ohio home.
