Attorney General's Office to Begin Inspection of Electronic Raffle Machine Operators

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine has announced that his office will begin inspections next week regarding electronic raffle machines. DeWine had provided notice on October 16th to the organization representing groups operating these machines that they were illegal under Ohio law and if operations did not cease, the law would be enforced.

Former Pharmacist Ordered to Pay More than $2 Million

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine and U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio Steven Dettelbach announced today that a former Coshocton pharmacist has been ordered to pay more than $2 million in funds she obtained through fraudulent billing practices.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that his office will file a motion in the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas to seek guidance regarding evidence retention following its completion of the investigation into the death of Jacob Limberios.
