Attorney General DeWine Encourages High School Students to Apply for Teen Ambassador Board

4/15/2015

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that his office is now accepting applications for its Teen Ambassador Board.

The Attorney General’s Teen Ambassador Board consists of high school juniors and seniors from public, private, charter, and online schools throughout Ohio. Board members advise the office on issues relating to teens. They serve a one-year term during which they convene twice in Columbus.

“Serving on this board gives students a voice as well as an inside look at government,” Attorney General DeWine said. “We encourage interested students to apply.”

Ohio high school students who will be juniors or seniors during the 2015-2016 academic year are eligible to apply for the next Teen Ambassador Board.

Applications are due April 30, 2015.

The application can be found on the Ohio Attorney General’s website.
