Woman Ordered to Pay $418,500 for Misappropriating Charitable Assets Meant for Veterans

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that a Columbus woman has been ordered to pay $418,500 and not to hold a position in any charity in Ohio after misusing charitable donations meant to help veterans and their families.

Cleveland Man Sentenced to Three Years in Prison for Illegally Dumping Tons of Garbage

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that Christopher L. Gattarello has been sentenced to three years in prison for illegally dumping tons of garbage in Cleveland. Gattarello and his two companies also were fined a combined total of $100,000 and were ordered to clean up the two sites where the garbage was dumped.
