AGENCY PEACE OFFICER ROSTER SUBMISSION
The annual Agency Roster must be submitted by the agency CEO or designee through the
OPOTA Portal
, as required by
Ohio Revised Code 109.76
. The submission window opens annually from
October 01 through December 31
. All rosters must be submitted to OPOTA through the portal under “Roster Management” within this timeframe.
