A:
If you suspect someone in your agency has misused OHLEG, please report it to your designated OHLEG agency coordinator or CEO (police chief, sheriff, prosecutor, judge, etc.). That person can contact OHLEG Quality Assurance at
OHLEGQualityAssurance@OhioAGO.gov

What should I do if I suspect my agency has had a security breach?
A:
Each agency and its OHLEG OAC have a duty to track and document malicious computer attacks and report such attacks to the OHLEG Support Center at 1-866-406-4534. The OAC should be the primary point of contact for interfacing with OHLEG about any incident and the response. In preparation for security breaches, the OHLEG OAC must:
Identify individuals who are responsible for reporting incidents within their area of responsibility.
Establish a procedure for incident reporting, including if the OAC is absent.
Additionally, users must report any known weaknesses in computer security to the appropriate agency security staff. Weaknesses in computer security include unexpected software or system behavior, which may result in unintentional disclosure of information or exposure to security threats.
