Details

On April 3,1997 the remains of a white male, between the age of 33-63 years was found in the Cuyahoga River near the vicinity of the Willow St. bridge. He was found wearing a light brown jacket with quilted lining (Sir Jac, brand), a plaid button down shirt orange and blue in color, blue jeans size 32-34, black leather belt, and Reebok athletic shoes. A tattoo of the name “Betty Lou” was found on his left forearm. Dentals are available for comparison.
