On September 11, 1988 the body of a black male was found by a fisherman floating on Lake Erie near the boat docks at the East 72nd St. boat ramp. He was wearing white and blue striped shirt, blue jeans, purple undershirt and undershorts, white sox’s with a yellow and blue stripe, a brown belt.
