Joseph was last seen between 9:00 and 10:00 AM on July 16, 2025 in the Newark, Ohio area. He was supposed to do chores on the family farm and failed to return. Investigation has shown he was in Akron, Ohio and may have boarded a bus. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and jeans. He is a special needs student and law enforcement is very concerned for his safety.
