Donald was last seen leaving his place of employment at 6:00 p.m. in the vicinity of the 2900 block of Philadelphia Drive in Dayton, Ohio. He was to take the bus home, but he never arrived. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black tie, gray slacks, dark colored parka-type outer coat, dark socks and black loafers. Donald has burn scars on left side of neck and left shoulder. He has a pierced left ear and a previously crushed heel.
