Neal is biracial and is of black and Korean descent. He usually wears wire rim glasses and has a pierced left ear. Neal also has a scar above one ankle and growth bumps on both knees. He was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on top of a bridge on W. Thornton Street, between S. Broadway Street and Wolf Ledges Parkway in Akron, Ohio. He was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, and white K-Swiss sneakers. Neal has a medical condition and needs medication.
