Mr. Aylsworth was involved in a police pursuit. He exited the car he was driving while the car was still in motion at a slow rate of speed on the Brent Spence Bridge. Mr. Aylsworth hurdled over a concrete barrier on the bridge and jumped 115 feet into the Ohio River. He was not wearing a shirt when he jumped. Aylsworth suffers from a medical condition and was being treated by a doctor.
