On Saturday, September 3, 2016, at approximately 10:30 a.m., C.P.D. Officers and Medics were dispatched to 980 E. Fulton Street, an abandoned home, on a report of a decomposing body inside of the location. Officers arrived and found the victim, a male black possibly in his fifties (50's), who is an apparent victim of a homicide. The victim was pronounced deceased by C.F.D. Medic #6, at approximately 10:41 a.m and later identified as 54yr old Willie Clyde Worthy Jr.
