On September 14th 2011, at 11:11 am, 28 year old Devin L. Sheppard was shot in the chest while visiting a female friend at 7431 Gardenside Dr. in Butler Township. Mr. Sheppard managed to get to a neighboring home before collapsing, and was transported to Miami Valley Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. At this time there have not been any arrests made. Detectives believe there may be others who may have information about this shooting that have not yet come forward.
