Timothy Sewards was found by a man who was walking about 10:25 a.m. on January 14, 1995 in the vacant railroad yard at the corner of Rose and Main Streets. He was about 50 feet away from East Main Street and was thought to have died sometime the night before after being shot twice in the head.
