Patrol Officers responded to a shooting in the 700 Block of Lilley Ave. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, 46yr old Reynard Reed, lying on the sidewalk in front of a residence suffering from a gunshot wound. Patrol Officers rendered aid to the victim, who was later transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 5:37pm.
