Mr. Noch was seen walking toward his home at 2034 Beverly Hill Drive just off Chardon Road in Richmond Heights, OH at 4:00pm on Monday, February 20, 1984. His body was found less than two hours later by relatives. It is suspected that he encountered a burglar or burglars when he re-entered his home that afternoon. The suspect(s) tied him up and stuffed a cloth down his throat causing him to choke to death. A witness reported seeing a late model dark brown station wagon in the driveway.
