Details
After arguing with her common law husband, Michael W. Farrell, at their residence at 22406 Center Ridge Road in Rocky River on 04/19/90, Frances Moses allegedly left the residence on foot wearing pink jogging pants, a gray leather jacket with buttons missing, a black t-shirt, and white tennis shoes at around 6:30 p.m. On 04/20/90 at 1:57 a.m., a motorist found her lifeless body on the Metro Park parkway below the north side of the I-90 overpass. Her body sustained damage from the fall, but she was believed to already be deceased from ligature
strangulation prior to being thrown from the overpass. Please contact Rocky River Police with any information about Frances Moses' murder or her actions the night of her death.
