On Monday, February 4th, 2002 at approximately 7:45 P.M., Frances Jones arrived at her home on Sandusky Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Jones parked her vehicle and as she approached the side door of her home she was confronted by burglars. Shots were heard by neighbors. Mrs. Jones's husband arrived home soon after and found her shot and deceased in the driveway
