Michael Hogan was inside the Abbington Bar at 3171 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus when an altercation occurred with two other black male subjects. The altercation started verbally then escalated to physical and moved out to the parking lot. One subject produced a handgun and shot Michael Hogan and another subject. Hogan died from his injuries, the other subject survived.
