Details

On July 24, 2020, at approximately 2:01am, the victims, both Juveniles, were riding scooters east bound on Rich St. at Dana Ave., when two unknown suspects began to shoot at them. Victim #1 was struck one time and was transported to a local area hospital by CFD Medic #17 in critical condition. At 8:08am, 14yr old Elijah Copley succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
