On August 19, 2018, at approximately 6:26 a.m., a female was going to work when she discovered the victim's body lying on the sidewalk. Columbus Division of Fire Medic #1 responded and pronounced the victim dead at 6:36 a.m. The victim was identified as 35yr old Daniel Connell.
