On December 20, 1996 the nude body of Victoria J. Collins was found behind the garage area of a truck stop at 3483 Libbey Rd., Perrysburg (Lake Township), OH. Lake Township Police Department is the investigating agency. Collins, a dancer from the Cleveland area, was reported missing on 12/18/1996 by her boyfriend, and was last seen on 12/16/1996 or early morning hours of 12/17/1996. She danced at Bugsy's bar in Cleveland. The coroner has ruled her death a homicide and the cause undetermined.
