On Sunday, January 3, 2021, at 7:15pm, Columbus Police Officers were called to the alley in the rear of 3026 Azelda St. on a report of a male down and out at that location. CFD medics arrived before the officers and discovered Dontreol Callhoun, 19, suffering from apparent gunshots wounds. CFD Medic 16 transported Callhoun to Riverside Hospital in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased by attending physicians at 7:15pm.
