Brandon has worked for the Attorney General since 2012 and joined the Consumer Protection Section in 2015. He has worked on a range of consumer cases on topics including deceptive advertisements, home improvement, debt collection, and Title Defect Recision cases. Prior to joining the Section, Brandon was an Assistant Attorney General in the Executive Agencies Section. His responsibilities included advising and representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Brandon’s clients included the Department of Commerce (Division of Financial Institutions, Division of Securities), Department of Public Safety (Bureau of Motor Vehicles, CDL, Driver Training Program), State Board of Emergency Medical, Fire, and Transportation Services, Ohio Public Defender Commission, and the Highway Patrol Retirement System.
