Alleged Insurance Fraud Criminal Enterprise Indicted

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted seven people accused of taking part in a criminal enterprise that burned buildings and faked burglaries to fraudulently collect more than a million dollars from insurance companies, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul Gains announced today.

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office today certified a revised petition for a proposed amendment to the Ohio Constitution that would require nursing facilities to provide certain staff-to-patient ratios and minimum daily amounts of direct care to patients.

Public's Help Needed in Identifying Suspect in Knox County Incident
