Ohio START Expands to Serve Additional Southern Ohio Counties

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced today that a pilot program to serve families harmed by parental opioid abuse in southern Ohio will expand to serve residents in four additional counties, bringing the total number of counties participating in the program to 18.

Attorney General DeWine Announces New Consumer Claim Deadline for $35 Million Provigil Settlement Funds

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine today announced that consumers now have until June 25 to seek a portion of a $35 million multistate settlement fund for consumers who paid for the wakefulness drug Provigil or its generic counterpart modafinil from June 24, 2006 to March 31, 2012.
