For National Consumer Protection Week 2015, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is releasing a Video Tip of the Day to warn consumers about scams and tell them about available resources. Today, Austin Dresbach from the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section explains computer repair scams and how to handle callers who claim your computer has a virus.
