Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is asking residents to be on the lookout for a man convicted of having unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Justin Lee Scott, who last registered with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office in January, is wanted on a charge of Failure to Provide a Change of Address. A warrant was issued for his arrest in March. He previously told authorities he was homeless and living on the streets of Springfield.
The Sexually Oriented Offender was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a juvenile female in August 2003 and served six months in jail. After his release, public records show he was convicted three times for failing to register his address in 2008, 2009 and 2011.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Justin Lee Scott should contact the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) at 855-BCI-OHIO (855-224-6446).
A photograph and vital information of Scott may be viewed below and can be downloaded on the Ohio Attorney General’s website.
