(COLUMBUS, Ohio) — Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost today issued the following video statement regarding the outcome of State of Ohio vs. Michael J. Dowling and Charles E. Jones.
The case was investigated by a task force established under the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission at the request of the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office. Attorneys from Yost’s office prosecuted the case.
