AG Yost Asks EPA to Hold All States to Emissions Rules

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is leading a coalition of 15 other states in urging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to not reinstate California’s waiver under the Clean Air Act, which unconstitutionally allows California — and only California — to regulate which cars we may drive.

Alleged Insurance Fraud Criminal Enterprise Indicted

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted seven people accused of taking part in a criminal enterprise that burned buildings and faked burglaries to fraudulently collect more than a million dollars from insurance companies, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul Gains announced today.

45 Indicted on Charges of Drug Trafficking in Operation 'Red, White and Bust'

A long-standing undercover operation to thwart the sale of opioids and narcotics in four Ohio counties has culminated in the indictment of 45 people on drug-trafficking charges, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and Fayette County Sheriff Vernon Stanforth announced today.

AG Yost Prevails in Federal Tax Mandate Case Upholding Ohio’s Sovereignty

The United States District Court for the Southern District Ohio granted Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s request to permanently enjoin  a law that sought to unconstitutionally restrict Ohio’s power to cut taxes.
