Concealed Carry Instructor Search

Concealed carry instructors must be certified by a national gun advocacy organization, or OPOTA, and teach the required subject matter under 2923.125(G).  The law does not define what constitutes a national gun advocacy organization.

Search below for instructors certified by the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission:

 



Instructions

  • To find an instructor by name if county is known, enter name of county and last name of instructor then select Search.
  • To find an instructor if county is unknown, enter Unknown for county, and enter last name of instructor then select Search.
  • To find all instructors in a county, enter name of county and leave name blank, then select Search.
