On October 27, 1988 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a white male was found deceased at the bottom of a stairwell. He is estimated to be between the ages of twenty and thirty years old and has a brown mustache that is about 1/2 inch in length. When located, he was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, Rustler brand blue jeans, a brown belt with a white metal oval belt buckle, gray and white running shoes, and a yellow metal Timex wristwatch.
